The Only Evangelism That Works: Be An Imagebearer

Ask the Lord to send out workers, do it today, please

I woke up around 5am this morning and as I lay there I started to have this recurring dream that I was supposed to be somewhere teaching and I kept being delayed, it may have even been that I was unprepared and that could have been the problem. I wasn’t asleep at this time and I asked God to show me what this meant. At that moment I started to get a vision. I saw people walking in darkness, they were hand in hand trying to help each other because they couldn’t see, I saw an animal run over, it was helpless. I know this sounds crazy but it is the honest truth. I asked God to reveal to me what it all meant and this is what he gave me. I don’t have this verse committed to memory so I looked it up.

Matthew 9:35-38

Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. 36When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Would you please help me pray today that God will send out workers into the harvest. They are so ripe, the world is in so much pain, there is such a spirit of readiness if we will just go gather in the harvest. Help me pray and lets watch and see what God will do.
